Set up workflow (emails, reminders)

Automate confirmation emails, reminders and cancellation emails. Set what gets sent when.

1. Go to Workflow

Click 'Workflow' in the left menu.

2. Confirmation email

Default on: right after a booking the customer gets a confirmation email with date, time and .ics file. Turn off if you want to confirm manually.

3. Reminder 24 hours before

Default on: 24 hours before the appointment the customer gets a reminder email. You can adjust the number of hours.

4. Cancellation email

Default on: on cancellation the customer gets an email. Turn off if you don't want to send cancellation emails.

5. Webhooks (optional)

Add a webhook URL to receive a notification for each new booking in your own system (CRM, Slack, etc.).
