Setting up webhooks: Zapier, Make.com & more
Connect Pleney with thousands of apps via webhooks. Automatically send booking data to your favorite tools.
1. Create a webhook URL
Go to your automation tool (Zapier, Make.com, n8n or Pabbly Connect) and create a new webhook trigger. Copy the webhook URL you receive.
2. Paste the URL in Pleney
Go to Settings → Workflow → Webhooks. Paste your webhook URL in the field and click the plus icon. You can add multiple URLs.
3. Test the connection
Click the test button next to your webhook URL. Pleney sends a test payload with dummy booking data. Check in your automation tool if the message was received.
4. Webhook events
Pleney sends three types of events: booking.created (new booking), booking.cancelled (cancellation) and webhook.test (test). Each event contains the booking data as JSON with customer details, date/time and status.
5. Popular connections
Examples: send bookings to Google Sheets for an overview, get a Slack notification for each new booking, add contacts to your CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce), or sync with your accounting software. See the overview at Integrations → Connections in your dashboard.
